MindBodySpirit Festival Promotion – Terms & Conditions

(NZ & Australia Compliant)

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by StarMatch, operated by Emerging Angels Limited (“StarMatch”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a New Zealand registered company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reading, using the promotional code, or entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking.

PROMOTION TERMS

3. Promotion Period

The MBS10 promotional offer applies to astrology reading bookings for the MindBodySpirit Festival Sydney event held 19–22 March 2026 at the International Convention Centre Sydney.

To qualify:

Bookings must be made online; and

Payment must be successfully completed before 10:00pm Wednesday 18 March 2026 (NZDT).

StarMatch is not responsible for failed transactions due to technical errors, payment gateway issues, or incorrect code entry.

4. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of StarMatch are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

Each completed booking constitutes an entry in accordance with these Terms.

5. How to Redeem

To receive:

A $10 discount; and

Two (2) entries into the $500 Celestial Gift Basket prize draw,

you must:

Enter the promotional code MBS10 at checkout;

Complete full payment before the deadline.

The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

Each qualifying booking receives two (2) entries.
Standard bookings (without code) receive one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of individual bookings made during the promotional period.

6. Prize Draw

The draw will take place on Monday 23 March 2026.

The winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number provided at booking.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, StarMatch reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

StarMatch reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, StarMatch is not responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize.

7. Promotion Changes

StarMatch reserves the right to:

Amend, suspend or cancel the promotion;

Refuse entries that breach these Terms;

Cancel bookings where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under:

The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986

The Australian Consumer Law

8. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information including:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Date, time and place of birth (for astrology chart preparation)

Booking details

This information is collected for the purposes of:

Delivering astrology services

Administering the promotion and prize draw

Customer service and follow-up

Marketing and promotional communications

9. Privacy Compliance (NZ & Australia)

StarMatch handles personal information in accordance with:

We take reasonable steps to:

Protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as booking systems, email platforms, SMS providers and Voice AI providers) strictly for business operations and subject to confidentiality obligations.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.

Voice AI-assisted call

These communications comply with:

Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

Clicking “unsubscribe” in emails

Replying STOP to SMS

Requesting removal directly

Transactional messages may still be sent where required to fulfil your booking.

11. Voice AI & Automated Communications

StarMatch may use automated systems and Voice AI technology to:

Confirm bookings

Send reminders

Conduct follow-ups

Share relevant service updates

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receiving automated and AI-assisted communications.

You may withdraw this consent at any time.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER

12. Nature of Services

Astrology readings are provided for:

Personal insight

Reflection

Entertainment

General guidance

They do not constitute medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

StarMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss;

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes;

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under:

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)

Australian Consumer Law

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
